We also handle billing and reminders. What runs inside the server is yours to look after, unless you add our managed server service for patching, monitoring and incident response.
Automatic backups are an optional add-on with a small monthly fee that depends on the plan. With backups on, your server is backed up automatically, you can take a manual snapshot before big changes, and you can restore from your dashboard.
Yes. Every server comes with full root access over SSH. Add your SSH keys when you deploy, or use the root password from your dashboard.
SixPanel is AllsWeb's own server panel, built to run 6amMart. It installs and looks after the web server, database, PHP, cache, background workers, websockets and HTTPS, so your shop runs the way 6amMart needs. You bring your own 6amMart licence and code.
SixPanel runs on Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS or Debian 13, on a plan with at least 2 GB of memory, in a location that supports automatic setup. The plan table and the location list on this page show where it's available. We recommend Ubuntu 26.04 LTS.
Cloud servers are billed monthly. You pay for the first month when you order. After that we send an invoice about a week before each renewal, which you can pay from your AllsWeb wallet or by card. Customers in India pay in INR.
Yes. Resize from your dashboard and pay only the difference for the rest of the month. Your data stays on the server.
Yes. Choose a plain server and install whatever you need. SixPanel is built around 6amMart — from 1.5 it also hosts static, Node.js, PHP and WordPress sites — and a plain server has no limit at all.
